Our names are Alexandra and Lysette based in London and Midlands. We are NMC Registered Dual Qualified Nurses and Midwives, who are also DOULAS!!! We are good friends of 7 years and our friendship has been bonded by our passion for ensuring that all pregnant women get the birth experience they envisioned and want.
We feel strongly about helping parents-to-be and new families navigate their pregnancies, births, and postpartum period with confidence, education, and joy, and we want to help you have a birth experience that you can feel confident and amazing about!
Our journey in becoming Doulas was birthed from us being Midwives and wanting to use our knowledge to further support pregnant women and their families holistically. Being able to advocate and work collaboratively as a team with pregnant women and their families, is something that we are deeply passionate about.
When we are not talking about childbirth education or coaching our clients through contractions, you can find us hanging out with our families, traveling, or snuggled up on a couch with a blanket watching Netflix or Disney Plus and eating Doritos!
